Power Pole to Adapter Plate torque spec

The torque values aren't listed in the install instructions.

What are the torque values for the bolts/nut that secure the power pole itself to the Adapter Plate?

Also, when attaching the adapter plate to the M to S adapter, why does it use a full threaded bolt in the bottom only and a half thread in the top? The instructions have me use the C bolt in the bottom and the B bolt in the top.

There are no torque specs for the poles to the adapter plates just make sure they are good and snug and check them from time to time like you should on all your engine and jackplate bolts.
