I'm fairly new at playing but trying to learn these for fishing camp next spring:
    Six Days On The Road
    Amarillo By Morning
    Peaceful Easy Feeling
I don't look good naked anymore
    Wagon Wheel
    Margaritaville

A couple guys I fish with play and I'm hoping to join in this year.

The group I play with does most of those. Of the ones you listed if you can learn Amarillo by Morning the rest should be a piece of cake. We modulate it from D to E for the last verse and it's a rip pisser to play. I'm currently trying to learn Sultans of Swing by Dire Straits. The lead licks are kicking my nether region.

Mark Knopfler is an unreal guitar player. Deceptive how many chops he has, as he's so tasteful and song serving with his playing.

Speaking of Styx, I have been messing around with the Damn Yankees Come Again.......

It gets a little complicated later in the song. Tommy Shaw is amazing.

I have been trying to learn guitar for several years now, more as a winter hobby than anything, but I'd still consider myself new. This winter though it's started to click. I tend to play more of what I like to listen to...Linkin Park, Offspring, Papa Roach, etc. Faster riffs. Bought my sons their first real guitar too and they've been having fun learning it using the Rocksmith video game. it really does work for guys like me.
