    75 HP Opti problem

    It is a 2014 motor. When I check the oil by removing the cowling, the oil tank sides are a little indented. When I open the fill cap, I get a little air rushing in sound. Is there a vent that lets the air in as the oil is consumed? Seems like it must be clogged. Thanks

    be on port side top of tank will look like small black cap has a small lil rubber valve under it
