He makes common sense out of crappie fishing and reminds us that we tend to overthink things.

Don't care for his videos and delivery style, but the man can catch fish.

i been watching him for a while now and I’m torn if he acts goofy for the videos or if just really has a lot of fun in life and I think it’s the latter! I’d like to spend an afternoon in the boat with him for sure!

Watched 'em all several times. I'm fine with his mannerisms, just a guy having fun to me. Might teach a guy something if he'd let him.

I like his video's, down to earth gives some good tips and does not try to come off like he is a super pro jersey wearing know it all and trying to push high dollar gear as so many of the fishing videos on you tube.

Also a testament that a person does not need a 70,000 dollar boat with 6,000 dollar graphs to consistently catch fish.

Seems if he had a mind to do it could probably do pretty well on the competitive end as well when it comes to Crappie, seems to find and catch nice fish in all weather conditions and in different types of locations whether it be shallow, docks, deep. bridge pilings or rip rap the man catches them everywhere.

I love watching his videos but I think Elmo is the brains of the two and I've never seen ol Elmo. Richard sure can find and catch'em.

I've been watching a lot of his videos lately, very entertaining and informative. He shows a lot different techniques and setups. What's the name of the song that's played at the end of this and many of his videos? Is it the song he starts to sing out of nowhere in some of his videos?

Another one to watch is Greg Fenn, CamoRiver Guide Service. He has Livescope down pat and can call the bite.
