I looking for suggestions, I want to try to fill in the spot on my hull that's hooked what would you use on a fiberglass hull?

Most cases it would be better to sand it flat verses filling it in. It would be nice to see a pic with a straight edge to see where and how bad it is...

Fairing compound, assuming the depression(s) are slight.

But what are you hoping to accomplish? Is it causing handling issues that you simply cannot live with? Or is it causing severe loss of speed?
It will be substantial work to "blueprint" the bottom of the hull - hopefully you know that your end goal will justify the effort to get there.

I have heard of some with the same problem overcoming the issue with a set back plate . I have put a 6" on it and it helped a bit, any thought if I went to a 8"or 10" if that would help

The very bottom where the v comes together is flat pretty much

You need to lay the straight edge from the pad forward....

At the very back of the hull at the bottom "v". That's the part that should be in the water when running
