    Lake master plus 2 chip ?

    I have a new Gen 1 Helix 12 Si is this chip a plug and play ? Or do I have to do updates to the unit for the chip to work. Any pointers on how to use the chip ? never had a chip before .

    Humminbird units read Lakemaster and Navionics digital mapping. Just put the card in one of the card readers and it will read it.
