    My first bow was a Parker, it was a good bow, but I don't think they've kept up with the rest of the field the last 5-10 years.

    Yup they are done from what I understand. Thats too bad, they were in business for a lot of years.

    It’s a sad situation. I live 15 min from their headquarters and they just closed the doors the week before Christmas. I’ve got some buddies who work there who have built me some bows before. I feel bad for all the employees - from what I heard the owner and VP were complete idiots and didn’t belong in the outdoor industry. They make some mean bows and crossbows though and I wish all the employees the best.

    Have a Cyclone crossbow and it's a very good shooting crossbow. I did retire it for a Excalibur this year but the Parker was flawless for me and I don't intend on getting rid of it. Hate to see them go out of business.
