Not a very big fish at around 2#'s, but this one came out of the coldest water I have ever caught a bass in Sunday.

Main lake open here but would have to bust ice to get there. Nice fish. I'm jealous.
Nice Joel! I had to break ice on the ramp at Cowley County SFL many years back. I backed the boat in and started the engine to bust the ice as I backed on in. There was a stretch of open water on the south bank and I busted ice all the way there. Water was 35 degrees and I caught 3 before I said screw it and went home.
Mike, you now have made me set a new goal. Catch a fish in water under 40*
I think a harder goal for you to achieve would be catching a fish when the air temperature is under 40!
Good job Joel
First fish of the year on Sunday in 39* water.

Was just a little guy, but catching a fish in February is always a plus.
