    Yes. Balance. I made some with a nose tie and the tail drops to a 45* angle

    I bet they'll work great in general, but I've got visions of using one through the ice....

    These look great Mike. When you get a chance to fish them I would like to know if they helicopter nose first on the drop. I have some steep drops that they may work great on. Keep up the good work.

    Looks like a interesting design that probably would make a good walleye ice fishing bait as well, depending on how the tail spins on a vertical jig.

    I could make them in 4oz and 6oz... I'd have to make the mold..

    Probably not as huge as some of y'all are thinking. Maybe 1-1.5 ounce with a large enough blade to give it enough lift to slow the retrieve.

    I just googled them and never knew they made them up to 1 ounce.

    The regular models used to produce for me and I always wanted an upsized model for fall fishing.
