    09 Phoenix trailer restore

I have a 09 Phoenix 721 with a painted trailer. The boat originally came from Ohio so the salt I’m assuming got to the trailer over time. It doesn’t have any spots that are rusted threw that I can see. I want to have it sprayed with some type of bed liner like linex or rhino liner. I have a friend that can bead blast it down to bare metal. Would you guys recommend this or just let the guys spraying it do there own prep work?

seems like a straightforward process. But I might rather have the guy that will do the painting do the prep work to eliminate the "his job not mine" possibility. The paint guy might like that better too provided he can do the prep right.
