So I made a TW order recently. When it arrived I opened box in my living room. Long story short I was missing an item. Looked under flaps inn box and in the packing material. No luck so I called TW and let them know. They apologized and said they would get a replacement out. Sure enough almost as soon as I hung up I had tracking info and order number.
Replacement arrived yesterday. I open it up today when I got off shift. My wife tells me she found one just like it under the couch. Long story short it was the one I was missing...
I called TW and gave them payment info for the replacement. They were super cool about it and refused to let me pay for shipping. They even offered to let me return it at no charge. They did insist that I get Black Friday pricing on it. Much appreciated since it was my fault.
