Everything is the same on those motors. kill switch may be different. One may be electrical(92) and the other (95} mechanical.
Look up parts like power pack or stator on boats.net to be sure.
If it’s an Evinrude Intruder, probably. The carbs will likely be different. We’d need to know the model number of each motor to be sure.

Yes it will bolt right up. Everything control wise is the same no changes. Provided the 92 is really a 92, if it is a 91 then all bets are off.
