    South Louisiana Lure ID

    Hello South Louisiana fishermen,
    I am looking for help to ID the maker of these crankbaits.
    I think I have it narrowed down to south Louisiana
    around the Lafayette area. They are not Solly’s Jackrabbit.
    I have several, and all of them have the letter J on the
    underside of the lips. They are balsa with metal lips but
    do have some with plastic lips.

    I have a friend that has some like that not saying its the same person that made them but its wooden, metal bid and same initial. If that is the case the person is deceased.
