Thumbs Up FINALLY fixed my cover.......

After putting my Ultrex on back in Feb/March, my cover didnt fit anymore cause there was a MG.......ended up having an unschedule surgery in April and that kept me off the water till late summer, so didnt need the cover as it was inside the shop.....finally got it to the upholstery shop yesterday and pick it up today....didnt need to order any extra material from Phoenix as the shop had the same material.......pretty good job and was $160......even put me a tie down on both sides at the front......

Looks good. I just put an Ultrex on my 721 and I'll have to get that done too.

Looks great. I have an 819 with an Ultrex, If I face the head of the trolling motor in and take off the prop it fits perfect. Plus taking off the prop lets me check for line on the shaft more frequently.

I'll have to try your trick. I have the eliminator prop nut which should make it easier to remove. thanks

Dave mine fits with the 45 on my boat. I turn the prop out and it fits. I'd like to have more tie downs, might be something to look into.

No, originally had a fortrex. Its the original cover that came with the boat (2016). If I flip it and take the prop off and reinstall the eliminator prop nut it covers perfect.

LOL That's what I call it. Its the supports that go under the cover to keep it tight.

Ok, gotcha.....i do when i'm traveling long distances and if there will be rain out side to keep water from puddling on the cover.....since i got the cover redone, last week, have not had a chance to try it.....i may put the poles in there just to see how it works. BUT yes i do plan on using it when our club fishing starts back up in Feb.

My original cover fits 45" Ultrex with prop out best. With dual console in and with or without cover system under it.
Maybe my cover stretched over time. Thought about ordering a new one. Maybe that one would be short.

Mine fits with the 45" as well but it puts a LOT of pressure on the head of the trolling motor. I think it might eventually cause an issue. One day I will take mine in and get it done hopefully. Oh heck, maybe getting a while new boat will do the trick

I self mounted an Ulterra with a 60" shaft to my rig, after i set it on the bow I twisted and mounted it to MK's specs and it fits within my cover.....I don't see the problem?
