Thumbs Up First Impressions Allison XB21 Bassport Pro

I came out of a Bullet 21XDC, so it's what I'm basing everything on. The Allison rides great, seems to be more hull noise at speed, like water slapping the hull, wind protection is awesome, and no backwash when the hull sits down, boat is very quick and responsive, and has great storage. Loving the way it fishes. I still have a lot to get use to with it, ran it up to 86 today, Overall I'm impressed.

Well didn’t take long for you to get her on the water. That’s a great first trip...

Really like the promax props on these boats...nothing makes them feel as light or quick it seems

Curt the biggest difference other than the ride in rough water that I noticed first as how tight I could turn at pretty fast speeds compared to all other boats. More akin to a jet ski. LOL

Curt, this is most likely the last boat you will ever own!! Glad you like it!! I've been loving mine everyday since Oct 2009.

First impressions in these boats are great, it's such a noticeable difference from other boats in some areas.

Another cool thing is how many things you'll realize as you spend more time in the boat. For me, it seems I'm more impressed with it after spending a year in it than I was on the first few trips out. I'm not real sure how to explain it but there is a real sense of upper level engineering to the boat the more I drive it. It's noticeable in some of the little things like the way the boat reacts to input and trim at speed, the way it handles in turns and the way it carries weight.

Anyway, I'm trying to say that I think you find it more impressive as your time in it increases.
