Back when I was in a club, I would advertise it on my state's fishing page. For you, it would be the Texas Fishing page. If you do not have one yet, get a Facebook page operating. Post lots of pictures. I asked if anyone wanted their name withheld from FB.

Go to the Texas Club page and make a post about your club.

It looks like there is a decent amount of traffic in the Texas forum. The lounge and bass boat topic fourm gets the most traffic but it will be people from all states, plus a couple other countries. In the Texas forum you will get less views but it will be from people who are more likely to have interest due to them possibly being close to where the club will fish. Just go to your state board and put a post on there. We usually do it every year in the Indiana forum.
