I think there was a lot of upkeep to the site and without interest and engagement outside of Dec-Feb, there wasn't much motivation to keep it rolling.

Is there a need for a Smallmouth sub-section on BBC?

Be nice wouldn't it? At times you could get a lot of good info on techniques that work well on most all of the clear mountain lakes & the locals there were good about helping the out of towners out when they made a trip down.

I restarted the second version of the forum. I took it offline because of low traffic and hackers. There is a smalljaw dale hollow Facebook group to take advantage of. A lot of guides and original smalljaw members are in the Facebook group.

re the Dale Hollow smallmouth site. It seems that there are five or more Dale Hollow FB sites. Which is the specific one that you are referring to, please?

Great idea on a Smallmouth section. The original Smalljaw site by Andrew was really good. Lots of great info....I miss that site.

Me too it was thru that site I started fishing Dale. Met Jack and Red at Horse Creek. Dealt with Thomas (good guy). I have many good memories of groups of guys getting together in the motel rooms sharing great food and shine and stories, no lying of course !I fished the smalljaw 2-3 times wish I could one more time but alas as they say all good things must come to an end.
