Question about putting bluewater led lights under the trailer

I want to put the led strip lights under the trailer frame and was wondering if they would stick to the trailer. I rapture linered my trailer and was wondering if anyone had done this and had success with the light strips sticking to the liner since the liner is textured and not smooth. Thanks.

I put some in my truck bed, which is sprayed with bed liner, about 4 years ago and they are still fine. All I did was clean the area with alcohol before applying them.

Most textured finishes I’ve seen are still smooth enough with the correct preparation the strips will stay. After application put a lot of hand pressure for a good period of time (1-2 mins) to insure you do get proper adhesion.

Yea winter temps are no good for adhesives like this. The tape they use has some cushion to it so they stick to about anything thats clean. Should be just fine.

You don’t have to wait till the summer for a favorable temperature. When you get your lights bring them in the house for a day and they’ll be fine. Take a hair dryer or a heat gun (lightly) to heat your trailer and you’ll be fine. I do it all the time. Certainly you can wait but you don’t have to.

    Say WHAT?
Your trailer has seen, or IS the second coming of Christ?

What can I say.... working on the ol' post count.

Had to reinstall Windows on this machine and lost all my stuff, and Al reset it for me. Then I noticed that it was a new account!
