    Tiny Tach

Anyone have any experience with the "Tiny Tach". I have a 2001 Yamaha 50hp four stroke I was thinking about trying one on.

Had one on my 25hp Nissan 2 stroke. Worked great when I had it and still going for the guy who bought it from me. About 6 years use and still working.

Use one on my Evinrude 200HP motor. Did not believe console tach on boat. The Tiny Tach has worked flawlessly since installed 5 years ago.

They work great. On a lot of boats, there is not enough cable length to get to the console. If you call the company, they will make you one with whatever length you need. It also keeps track of hours too which in nice for maintenance.

Recommend highly. Have one on my Stratos - Tach in the dash reads wrong and I didn't feel like dissassembling the console.

I good oval dirt parts warehouse should have a real good one in stock built to take abuse vibration. I can't remember the name of it though if interested. I used to run one in my oval dirt race car.
