I am not a plumber....but am a general contractor...this fixture looks generic to me...Is there any stamp on it anywhere?...if it were professional grade, there would be an insignia stamp somewhere. I am very familiar with most professional grade plumbing fixtures and have never run across this one...probably from Home Dump, Wally world, or Lowsies.... the best of luck to you...

Pretty sure now, as the local plumber said, that it is a Price Pfister. The kitchen faucet is a Price Pfister and has the same finish and some of the same doo-dads on the base.

Regardless, I went to two local vendors (hardware store and Lowes) and neither had the little rubber caps that replace washers in these things. Went back home and stretched the spring that held the cap and that stopped the leak. However, I must have twisted or cut the O ring so now she leaks from the base. I called the same plumber who helped with the I.D. and he will be out to properly fix it Tuesday.

My plumbing days should have been over by now, anyhow. Thanks for all of the help.

p.s. I know I could just take it back apart and put on a new O ring, but...time for this old guy to let someone else do this nonsense. I can work on my boat and be happy.

I replaced the O-ring on my Price Pfister Monday. Cold water had been dripping for a month. Took me less than 5 min. to fix. O-ring kits 9.95 from lowes. Need allen wrench and channel locks.
