Contact R&R Design (972-563-1789) and see if they can provide you one. It is a Slide & Lock base.
Sometimes you can find them at Academy and usually Bass Pro has them for sure. Check with C & O also . they are a board sponsor here and have a variety of Champ parts in inventory.

Thanks. I looked online at bassproshops, West Marine, and a couple others without any luck. I couldn't remember the name C&O and will check R&R too. I've used C&O before, just couldn't remember their name. Thanks again.
C&O could have them, which which would probably be the easier source. R&R is the manufacturer.

I tapped the ottom of mine for a 3/4 x4 inch bolt cut the head off and use a 3/4 pin base
I have a square base with a 1.75 hole centered that works with the snap-loc pedestal .
It is used but in good shape no rust .
You can have it just pay shipping.
