Humminbird 959 CI HD
Hopefully a simple question, 959CI HD this is a sonar/gps networkable unit. If I hook it up to a helix 9 SI G2N will I be able to look at the SI or DI from the Helix on the 959?
Also, when you save a waypoint on one networked Unit and it displays it on another in the network is that just displayed or is it actually saved on the other units?
Just debating on using an extra graph laying around as a ice unit and would like to be able to reference things I find in the summer.
Thanks Scott

As long as you have it networked you will be able to share views.
The waypoints as you say are just "displayed" on other unit. You would need to manually add it to second unit.

Can only view basic imaging frequencies (455/800khz) and 2D (83/200khz) and not MEGA or CHIRP. With Helix and other basic core units, waypoints are stored in memory on the unit which they are created. They can only be deleted on the unit which created them.
