    Pellets in the Rec Tec

    As winter sets in I don't want to keep many pellets in the hopper since I don't know how long it will be between cooks.

    I am going to do a brisket next week and in the cold weather don't know how much to put in. Is there any problem opening the hopper during the cook to check on the supply or adding more?

    I know that is a problem on some other brands but couldn’t find anything on Rec Tec.
