Sierra rotary switches aka console knobs on a Phoenix

I have a friend who purchased a gem of a Fisher boat last year. Super clean for a 20yr old boat and inside the compartments it still smelled like new carpet...it was that clean.

Anyway, he needs the turn style knobs and switches for his Fisher. They are the same as what we have in our boats so I am asking if anyone can point me in the right direction to find some.
