Flipping to Nav Screen on Startup

A friend of mine has a new Bullet with two factory setup Helix units just like mine. Helix 10 DI on the bow and 10 SI on the console networked with ethernet. Both G2N and both at v1.84 software. When he starts up the bow unit it starts in 2D, stays there for a few minutes and then flips over to Navigation screen. He puts it back on 2D and it will now stay there until he changes it. Does this every time he starts it up before fishing. I’ve checked all his settings and adjusted them to match mine exactly. But mine does not do this. Any ideas on what causes this and how to fix it?

Mine does this when the 360 is recognized by the network. I can tell when it "connects" to the network because, just as you described, the screen will flip over to chart from whatever screen it was on.

Mine does the same thing, I believe mine was doing it before installing the 360, can’t remember.

Wonder if the boot sequence matters here. I always start the Console unit first, then bow unit.
