If the hull is still under warranty, then discussion is over, give it back and make them fix their screwup. Hooked or rocker hull is symptom of pulling it out of the mold before it finished curing up.

I was reading his post on another thread, they basically said to pound sand.

They will respond to attorney letters.
Hooks and rockers are hull defects.
If he bought it new. If not then you’re pretty well screwed.

Parking it across the street with a big sign on usually gets a quick response.
