Solix 15 on Normal console (3" gauges) on 819

    Has anyone done this?

I am going to have a replacement panel made for the console and use the factory gimbal mount. I am super new to this, so if this will not work, please let me know.

just be sure to use a backer plate like a piece of 1/4 aluminium and if you have a 7 screw dash you may want to add 2 more screws one one each side

    Thanks!!

I can only see 4 screws holding the plate in now where the current unit sits, but I will figure it out.

That would be 7 screws holding the DASH SEROUND PLASTIC to the fibreglass console. Not the small plate for only the depth finder.

Ended up using a Precision mount. Mount worked great and it feels solid as a rock. Visibilty is awesome.

Disregard my goon of a kid. Haha
