The Latest Craze id adding gobs of Butter and Oil to your Coffee. Popular with High Fat, Low carb Keto diet. The Butter and Oil trend started a few years ago with the Launch of Bulletproof coffee.Silicon Valley Entrepreneur Dave Asprey founded the Company after being served tea made with Yak butter during a hike in Tibet. People who drink this coffee for breakfast don't care for food until Lunch. Who is drinking Coffee with Butter,Coconut oil or MCT Oil (medium chain triglycerides) ? Can you share any knowledge or results.

I have been drinking it daily for the past month. Start off easy with the MCT oil as it can be give you the runs pretty quick. A tablespoon is the end goal but start with a measured quarter.

I make a cup of coffee in my Kuerig, the pour it in the blender with about a teaspoon of butter and the oil. Mix it on various speeds for a minute or two and you’re set.

Nothing new, I've seen people do this for years with no fad diet in mind. No more disgusting than cream and sugar to me, I drink my coffee blacker than an army boot.

I put a little pinch of salt in with the grounds before I brew a pot. It really improves the flavor.
