Triton Ruler and Center Console

I have an 07 TR186 and I want to add the bass boat seat center console and a ruler somewhere so I dont have to keep opening the compartment and pulling one out. What are everyone's opinion on the console and has anyone added a ruler to their boat. Thank you very much

I added a carpet graphic ruler from crossed industries. Measured with my bump board and its dead on. Saying that tho, if i have a close one i still get the board to be sure. Also, i thought of using a cupholder conversion for one of the cupholders by the steps. But havent done that yet.

The problem is I want to do something like this but not sure where to put it on my year triton.

By the cup holders on the step is where i would measure. Take a cup holder out and see how much clearance ya got.

There's no cup holder by the step. I had a middle seat that i removed. Only cup holders are by each seat near the floor close to the gunnel

I have a 2000 TR186 and just screwed the bump board to the top of the starboard compartment lid with the bump part up near the console. It's near and parallel to the hinge. It's out of the way and always available.
