    Helm 1 Fault

    Don

Have you seen this before and if so what can cause it and why does it happen on the DTS shifters.
It reduced my power so I was able to get back. Today I turned everything on and the fault is gone and everything functions normal.

Couple of possibilities, including (but not necessarily limited to):

-Throttle not at idle when shut down
-Throttle not at idle when key turned on or started
-Improper Setup/Adaption of controls for Helm 1
    -Poor/Dirty connections to control
    -Potentiometer problem in control.

BTW... You have an open Service Bulletin Campaign on this engine (2018-010). See your local dealer to have this important campaign addressed.
