So today I started up my 2006 yamaha 150 hpdi. It was not peeing water at all. So I checked the hose and there was no clogs. I then pulled the thermostat and they were bone dry. Will a messed up thermostat cause it not to pee? I do have pictures of the thermostat if that helps any. Thanks in advance. Also the water impeller etc is brand new
Has it been run since the impeller was changed and it was fine before, or this was the first time run?
It has been run twice since the impeller was changed. It was fine before.
You might want to check the water intake for some sort of creature. I had the same problem one time and it turned out to be a nest of wasp's set up home in my water intake. Check it out.
