    Question 2019 V-18 WT Tracker

Hay Guys, Has anyone heard any performance numbers on the Tracker V-18 WT with the new V-8 Mercury 200? I’m looking at one but don’t know if it’s worth the money to step up from the Mercury 150?

    Thanks,Billy

Never seen any numbers posted yet but i gaurantee the torque difference of the v8 would be substaintial over the inline 4 of the 150. I know i would get the 200 if i could.

That sound, and resale value unless this is your forever boat. I would HAVE to have the ProXS!

Double the engine there. Would be $6k well spent for me.

Don't be cheap and settle for the 150. You'll regret it every trip out and will be on here asking how to get more power for the 150.

ALWAYS max a boat out on hp. Shouldn't even be a second thought about going smaller. That said, 6 grand is a lot of money. You might be able to get at least half that back when/if you decide to sell. Still not too far off percentage wise compared to the $1500ish extra to upgrade to the 75hp over the 60hp on the pt175.

Is there a $6k difference in price if you were to buy the motors yourself for repower or is that Trackers pricing?

That’s Trackers pricing on the 200. As of the first week of December the boat is built and waiting on the 200.

I hear the wait is worth it. Saw the new v8 on a z19 the other day and that thing looks SWEET!

Saw one of these with the new v8 200 on it at the ramp the other day. I was very impressed. I would have no problem running it in really big water. Was surprised to only see a 17p (or was it a 19p?) prop on the motor. Boat was a tank that's for sure!
