    When you're exceeding 80+ yes it enhances safety... Both hand on the wheel and a finger on the trim... Oh, and a huge grin... Dan

    No....if it takes more then one hand to safely operate your boat no matter what speed you are traveling you either need to get it worked on something is wrong or you need to learn how to drive a boat.

    Cannot be without hotfoot and pro trim. But would really like a way to lock rpms up a little while not at controls.

    I don’t know how anyone would think having one hand on the steering wheel versus two is safer....would to hear how you think that is safer..

    I have a verado with a hot foot and hand control. I us the hand control 95% of the time. I have run most of my past boats with the hot foot but now prefer the hand set up.

    Have had both and cant stand a hotfoot !!! Have taken it out of my last 2 boats . And yes boat i had prior to this one was plenty fast 75 GPS
