    TRX 20 Prop Sizes

Hey guys so i did get the boat and it should be here in February but there will still be ice and probably won’t get to run it until April probably. What size of prop for the new Mercury 250 pro xs fourstroke? I will have a hydraulic jack plate so getting the max out of it is what i am hoping. I wanting 75 to 78 fully loaded is that to much or will it be lower? And help is great and I’m super happy to be apart of the triton family!

You should run in the mid 70's, and Triton is putting 24 Furys on that boat.

A 24 fury 3 blade has been the best performer for me so far... I’m wanting to try a 24 tempest plus

Having a 2015 20 trx I've seen 78 gps 2 separate times on the same day. I was not fully loaded. It was cool, had very little gas, empty wells, and I was alone. It was also before I had an ultrex. I love the ultrex but it does slow you down a little.

294 XL Evo it was one of the fastest 19 footers out there minus bullet and Allison boats. Just narrow and not enough storage i probably have to much junk anyways I’m going to love this up grade though

You can put the 294 inside a 20TRX and it will never touch the sides, the 20TRX is a lot wider, longer, and is a big boat. You will love the ride and the stability.

My 2019 20TRX came with a 25P 3 Blade Fury and a 10" jack plate. I get 76+ fully loaded with 2 riders. I came from an 80mph+ Stratos 201EVO. You won't be disappointed. The handling and fishability upgrades of the Triton will far outweigh the slight loss in speed.
