    Steaks on a Pellet grill.

Put em on my RecTec for about an hour on lowest temperature. (180) xtreme smoke. Then took them off to rest and wrapped in foil. Cranked up to 410 put em on searing grates til they got done. Flipped once. Soooo juicy.

    Ribeyes...

    T bone....

I wouldn't cook any other way..... I cant help but judge when we go out to eat. haahaa. The searing grates are awesome. You don't need to get to 500 plus..I only crank mine up to like 400 or so. Then drop the steaks on the grates.... You can hear them sizzle. The food turns out sooo juicy. I have to make sure I have a good platter that has edges or it makes a mess.

I use my Trailblazer xtreme smoke with EZtube also...then they hit my mini max at 700. I also do chicken and wings the same except 400 on Large egg. These 3 are such a great combo to use together.
