    Congrats on getting out. We are a not close to ready here yet. Have about 1 inch of crappy frozen snow on the ponds. Hopefully it warms to melt this crap so it can refreeze as good solid ice.

    A few lakes by me have 4”-5” of ice but they are super shallow weedy lakes and all the fish are grubby so it’s not even worth it. With the 50deg temps on Sunday it’ll screw everything over. Hoping to get to my main lakes by Christmas
