Figured out it's the unit just purchased in March so still under warranty. Anyone ever upgraded their units while doing this?
They may upgrade it while it's in the shop anyway.

Yeah looks like my Thanksgiving fishing is screwed thinking about just buying a new one and sell the warranty one when it comes back.
