I would say yes. I would call Pro's Choice and talk to Blake and see what kind of prices he can work up.
I'll even make the road trip with ya....just pick me up on the way by!!!

You can save a lot if you buy your own electronics. A dealer may offer free install if you buy the boat from them if not install on your own.

I looked at a couple recently, if I ordered one it was very close to the build website price, but if I bought something they already had on the lot, it was a little cheaper.

thanks for the responses. A dealer explained to me that J.M./B.P./CAB. did an audit on what they charged and I paid for the boat. Sounded odd to me as a free market American.

Yeah, that whole thing where they charge you $5,000 for basic electronics and $6000 for a pair of Power Poles is a bit rich for my blood. Easy enough to buy from forum sponsors, and install in a weekend for a substantial savings for sure.

The thing about the on-line builder is it isn't as flexible as sitting down with a dealer. Want 'birds' go standard model. For Lowrance it's the Elite. Only option is the 16" & 12" which are NICE, and then get a credit from that point. But at what price point are you locked in 'going in' (before the discounts)? On-line just doesn't give you enough info there.

Did they change power pole prices? was 4k, which is about right. Basic electronics? man you guys are high dollar fishermen, the pro package to me is not basic electronics IMO.

Bryan, weren't they charging like $2495 each for the Poles before? I mean if you don't know how, OR don't really care... then I reckon that's what you'll pay.
But I know I paid a LOT less for a pair of 10' blades (WITH the heavy duty brackets) from a forum sponsor.
(And the "package" boats only come with 8' models.)

As the kids would say these days..... (in all upper case)
    IKR!
    (IE: I Know Right)

I mean GOOD GOD who has a 16" (complete with totally integrated boat control/readout) at the console, as well as a 12" on the bow and considers that "basic".

I do wonder if you do the downgrade to the 12" at the console will they still offer the boat control / readout / integration etc. on that unit?

10s are 2280 a piece, and installed, its not a bad price. Sure if you do it your self its cheaper. I always like to install my stuff.

Pros Choice sells wholesale on new and used boats to anyone that will buy one and doesn’t care who knows it.
