He was one heck of a guitar player. Im no guitar historian but I cant imagine hes not in the top of all of them ever.

I met him when I was a young boy at Duke Hospital. We sat on a sofa and talked about 1/2 hr. He was a super nice man.

Seen him at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis two different times. He was a great musician and entertainer.
The music industry lost a big one with Roy's passing. Prayers to all his family and friends.
Sad to loose such an incredible talent.
