I have the Kubota brand, it is decent, I think an adjustable angle blade is much useful.

Check tractor supply. Any place local that you can get warranty or service.

I was just about to ask if anyone had experience with their brand. Are they heavy built? Its primary purpose will be to maintain about a 1/4 mile gravel road.

One is about as good as another one. They will all bend when you start banging them into stumps trying to push one out of the ground.

For a driveway, buy a land plane.

Call and talk to someone at everything attachments.

My FIL and good friend each bought one last year for gravel driveways.

It is so much better than a box blade on a driveway.

That land plane looks like the ticket!! Def looks simpler than a blade.

They're aint a nickels worth of difference. Like buying a shovel- about 25 companies make them, but they all will dig a hole.

Road Boss is another brand. I still call those box blades; never heard the term "land plane" before.

I had one of these look a likes when I had a 3/10’s of a mile driveway. Leaps and bounds better than a box blade.

    Ours was the Maintainer brand.

That outfit seems to build some really quality stuff. Been lookin at their Grapples.
Seems to me that this blade would be kinda job specific as where you can do a lot more with a standard box blade.
A lot of money just to scrape a drive, but I'd sure take one !!

Really depends on the primary use. If your planning on doing some ground work where you have to cut dirt then you need scarifiers, if not then you can do what you want (level drive, level fresh dirt) with a bionic blade. If you choose a box blade get one that also has a hinged back blade, if they are made right the back blade will help smooth while grading. A bionic blade will do almost as well as a box but won't hold quite as much dirt for the same width. Some bionic blades come with a back closure which basically makes it a box, this is the best of both worlds if you don't need scarifiers.

Gannon roller box blade. End of story. You don't get any better or tougher than this. I have a 7' on my tractor and use it hard. Built a 2-5/16 trailer hitch and pull loaded trailers over 12k with it. The scarifers have hardened tip and I have ripped Aften stone up a number of times with no issues. The unit is almost a thousand pounds so you know it has some metal in it. CJ
