yea it sounds crazy but I seen a Phoenix Monday heading North on 65 maybe 10 mins from TN line. I live next to 65 so see a lot of things but this boat had some red and some yellow in it and missed the rest of it as I turned in driveway. I would love to see some pictures of it.
