Mechanic for Motor Swap - NW Atlanta

Looking for a Yamaha mechanic in NW Atlanta/Cherokee County - I'm trying to help coordinate an engine swap.


Boat is a 04 Tr-186 with a good 115 Mercury; Swapping to a 2012 175 HDPI, adding hydraulic steering, jack plate, and hotfoot.


Have the HDPI, steering, jack, and hotfoot on hand. Interested in making the 115 part of the deal.

Bay Marine in Kennesaw is a Yamaha and Mercury dealer. A nice, family owned business. They are not always the cheapest but they are honest!

You are too far away but I am curious to what you would be asking for the 115 Mercury?

Perry’s hi tech is the best Yamaha mechanic I have found in the north Atlanta area. I have tried 3 or 4 different mechanics. I haven’t done a motor swap with perry but he KNOWS his stuff and is incredibly thorough. In the annual services I have done with him, He performs the service that your motor needs not just following a list blindly to rack up the charge like the others. He is the only one I use now.
