I replaced my 24 volt motorguide with a 112 Ultrex 36 volt What size wire is recommended to supply 36 volt for about 21ft?

I would use 6ga. Could probably get by with 8 on a 112, but I think 6ga is a better choice.

    ?Shouldn't there be 3 breakers?
One breaker from "+" terminal of each battery?

If the batteries are adjacent only one breaker is needed since the same current goes through all 3 so it only needs breaking in one place.

However if the batteries are separated by some distance where the interconnecting cables could be exposed to damage then a breaker on each battery may be justified.

BCB puts breakers on the jumpers at the factory. I removed mine seeing as they are not necessary and are only another source for potential electrical failure
