    Dale Hollow Conditions

How's the water clarity around the lake? Water level looks to be higher than normal for November but still below full pool. Can someone confirm?
Are the fish turned on and feeding up?

    Thanks!

It takes a lot of rain to make it muddy. The main lake is usually clear. Creeks may have some stain.

The water temperature was 58 today at mid lake. The water color was clear. Only fish a couple of hours and caught one small mouth 14". We got chased off the lake by a cold rain and north wind

Should start blasting a crankbait any time now. Can't wait for it to start.

That's the bite I'm hoping to time this year. Looks like I'll be able to get out out there two weeks from now. I was shooting for this weekend but wasn't able to make it work.

Monday 11/19- 57-58* water has started to turn over from around Hendricks towards the dam. Water was a little greener towards Lilly Dale. Bite was slow only had 3 decent fish ( 3-3 1/2 lbs) and about 8 unders. The better fish were in less than 12'

It was a relatively tough day for me. Spent a lot of my time graphing, since I had never been on the lake before. Started figuring them out like an hour before I had to go and caught about a 3 pound smallmouth and a decent spot. But, a lot of dead water out there. Water is pretty clear and 55-56 degrees or so mid lake down toward the dam. The fish I caught were fairly deep. 15-25 ft. It's a beautiful lake. I'm looking forward to getting to know it a little better!

Your fairly deep is not deep when talking about Dale Hollow. Next time you go double both of those numbers and start looking in that range!

I heard it was tough, but the weather sure looked good to be out there on Friday and Saturday morning.

I'd like to be out there today with these gray skies.
