Fishing the cape ponds during the winter?

I'm going to try my best to fish the cape ponds as much as possible through the winter this season, the usual ones that most guys fish down there. Are there any parking restrictions at these places that I should be aware of ahead of time? Or anything else I (or any other person fishing down there for their first time) should be concerned about? Weird laws/rules for specific lakes, etc?

Bonus question, any good places for good local craft beer and/or food down that way that you guys would recommend for after fishing?

You shouldn't have any parking issues at any of the bigger (common) places. After fishing, I recommend a hot cup of coffee from the closest coffee shop to the ramp and then a lobster roll from "The Lobster Pot" in Wareham.
