manufacture date by serial?

I am looking at a used solix. Can someone tell me what date this unit was made please? I tried figuring it out online but confusion reigns :-)

This is not all original numbers but will tell me what I need to know :-)

Thanks Wayne. I was looking at some old info online and it seems they dated them differently a few years back.
