    Question for you 206 owners.

I am about to purchase an ultrex 112. Curious if you guys would prefer a 52" shaft instead of a 45" shaft. I have a 45" shaft currently on a Fortrex and there are days when the prop comes out of the water. Rare but happens on a windy day on the Delta or some of the lakes, like Berryessa. Curious what you guys think.

    I don’t own a 206. But 52 is the way to go.

I've got an 03 206 with a 45" shaft ultrex 112 and very rarely have an issue with the prop coming out of the water. When I do its usually from big boat waves on Guntersville or Kentucky lake.
