I remember when we had the inside job where they were stealing barrels / bottles of bourbon and selling it. It was referred to as "pappygate" LOL. Dude ended up going to prison over it.

I actually have some stones cubes I keep in the freezer so I don't dilute the flavors. A couple of drops of spring water is all you need to help open up the flavors. Yum.

From what I've read, Pappy is Old Rip Van Winkle that has been aged 17 or 23 years. So they are the same. One's just older than the other.
