I purchased a Midwest mold for the Ned bait the keeper that you purchase for the mold doesn't work that well with the Ned. I would suggest buying wire and soldering it to the hook like the Z-Man head. I ended up using the heads I poured for grubs the keeper works good for standard plastic.

I have a the midwest jig mold. I have no problems with the keeper. I am wanting the soft plastic
NED mold code. I use alot of 2 3/4 baits and I make ALL my own plastics
