Looking to buy a Ranger

Hi guys, my Viper Cobra got smacked on the trailer and scrapped in Sept. I have been shopping for a replacement boat ever since.
I figured I'd give this forum a shot.
Any 519's or 520's out there? Not the Z series, don't have that kind of cash. Early 2000's models, VS and VX if I'm not mistaken.
I am not interested in fixer uppers, unless it's something minor like seats or tires to replace for example.
My ideal model would be as follows, but I will consider anything that is available within budget:

1-HULL: Red flake or diamond dust flake. No stress cracks and shiney gelcoat please, a light scratch here or there is acceptable.
2-MOTOR: Max rated HP and Only a low hour Mercury EFI as first choice, or a low hour Yamaha OX66 EFI close second (I know you can't pull hours on the Yamaha). Really have had bad luck with DFI (and I maintain my engines meticulously).
3-TRAILER: Dual axle fiberglass fender Ranger Trail.
4-TROLLING MOTOR: MK 101lb, or greater, foot pedal/cable steer. Ex: Maxxum Pro or Fortrex
5-ELECTRONICS: HB or LWRNCE...or none. Price to reflect.

NICE TO HAVES (but not deal breakers)

1-Hotfoot
2-Blinker trim
3-Jackplate (hyd is nice)

-Don't need Powerpoles but if they come with the rig...

I would also jump at another Viper..

Quite a few out there. If you have Facebook there are quite a few apps that send out some really nice used boats. There are brand-specific apps too. I've seen a couple late model, well-equipped Z519s come across in the $40s.

Thanks so far everyone. Jim, yes it could be in that price range but I'm hoping to get a solid hull, motor and trailer basically, I can accessorize it afterwards if need be. I will just have to wait for the right rig I guess. I'm looking, and hoping to find something in the 16-17k range.....dollar exchange is brutal right now for us canucks.
